Jo Hendle

 I qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 2009. Since qualification, I have spent the majority of time working for a statutory homeless mental health team in London, first as a care coordinator and then as the team manager.

I then became manager of the local community rehabilitation team, working with service users who were accommodated in 24 hour supported accommodation. I have been qualified as an Approved Mental Health Professional since 2017, co-ordinating and carrying out Mental Health Act Assessments.

I have worked at EASL since March 2022, originally on a secondment and more recently on a permanent contract. In my role, I enjoy providing consultancy support to homeless services and carrying out assessments in a variety of different settings.
