Look Ahead supports people across London and the South East with a diverse range of needs, including homelessness and complex needs, by providing tailor-made support, care and accommodation services.
EASL is commissioned to provide Post Incident Support Service to their hostel teams across London, encompassing both debrief, to reflect on the emotional impact of the incident, and reflective practice, allowing a team discussion about the client or incident to encourage staff to reflect on interventions used and those that could possibly have been implemented.
The aim of this intervention is to add capacity to the hostel and to staff by supporting their ability to manage and contain clients presenting with various mental health issues including challenging behaviour.
