I am a Clinical Psychologist and since qualification I have worked in various settings within the 'homeless field'. I have specific experience leading, designing and implementing the evaluation of the hospital discharge service within St Mungos Broadway (from November 2013- November 2014). This involved both liaising with commissioners about expected key performance indicators for future funding and working with staff and service users to identify outcomes for the service. This project involved the setting up of data recording systems to collect both quantitative and qualitative information, analysis of the data and the collation of reports. I also have experience developing audits and service evaluations with neurorehabilitation settings and a cancer and palliative care service. I completed my PHD research in Sierra Leone, which demonstrates my ability to project manage research in difficult circumstances. More recently I have been supervising a trainee psychologist’s research which explores men's experiences who have been multiply evicted. I am now working for EASL in a permanent position as Principle Psychologist, supporting our practice including the teams development in relation to Trauma Informed approach.
