An expert in transformational change, having undertaken executive roles in strategic business planning, change management and operational management.  For the last 3 years I have worked in the Third sector with a leading healthcare charity, focused on driving the organisational performance required to achieve their Vision.  My career started with 10 years at a global Management Consultancy delivering large scale and complex programmes, followed by 13 years with a FTSE100 corporation managing customer service operations, business analysis functions and strategic change programmes.
